Gary A. Freel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Premier Solutions LC. Serving as a Veteran of the United States Army for over 36 years, he manages and facilitates the maintenance and logistics of military aviation assets. His first-hand experience encompasses operating multi-million dollar budgets, facilitating procurement acquisitions, logistical operations, and contract management.  Gary has successfully managed 120+ individuals to accomplish tasks in adverse and high-stress situations with a proven ability to achieve critical project milestones.  Prior to forming Galaxy Premier Solutions, LC, Gary also dedicated over 38 years of service to the first municipally-owned and operated Waste-to-Energy facility in the United States; retiring as the Superintendent.  He played an instrumental role in designing and implementing conversion of a 35-year+ system to an automated system.
